Tiny Learners Flashcards (“the App”) is a learning app designed for young children and their families. We take privacy seriously, especially when it comes to children.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, photos, audio recordings, or usage data with us or with any third party. Everything you create in the App — including custom categories, cards, photos, and sound recordings — is stored only on your own device and is never uploaded, synced, or sent anywhere.
All of the App's learning features — flashcards, categories, photos, and sounds — work entirely offline and never communicate with any external server. The only exception is this privacy policy page itself, which is a standard web link (like a "Terms of Service" link in most apps) and simply requires internet access to view, the same as opening any webpage.
The App does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software.
Because the App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children, there is no data collection practice requiring parental consent under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you choose to add your own photos or audio recordings to personalize flashcards, these are saved directly and exclusively on your device's local storage. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party, and we have no access to them.
If this policy is ever updated, the new version will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date.
